The Horus Aluminium Pendant Light from Delva Home is Italian modernism in its plainest and most persuasive form: a smooth aluminium dome, a clean edge, and nothing else competing for attention. Hung over a dining table or a kitchen bench it draws the eye without shouting, and in a row above a long counter it establishes rhythm the way good architecture does.

An integrated warm-white LED throws a soft, even wash across roughly ten to fifteen square metres, so a single medium fixture handles a normal dining setting comfortably. Four colourways - red, white, orange and black - mean it can either disappear into a neutral scheme or act as the one deliberate hit of colour in the room, and three sizes let you scale it to a compact apartment or an open-plan space with high ceilings.

The fixture is not dimmable, so plan the light level by choosing the size and number rather than by wiring a dimmer to it. It is a hardwired 220-230V fitting for indoor use: isolate the circuit before installation and have it fitted by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
