Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your purchase from Delva Home within 14 days without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and it sits alongside the 30 day return window we offer voluntarily.

The withdrawal period

The 14 day period starts on the day you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, it starts on the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement that you are cancelling, by email to info@delvahome.com. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your message before the 14 days are up.

Sending the goods back

Return the goods to the address we give you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them more than was necessary to check their nature and condition.

Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, and it costs you nothing.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or to gift cards.
