Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on delvahome.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Import taxes and duties are included. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. We may refuse an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse, you get a full refund.

4. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen and measurements may vary slightly. Small differences are not a defect.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is prepared once payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the European Union you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. See our Right of Withdrawal page. On top of that we offer 30 days to request a return, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Guarantee

Every item must match its description and be fit for normal use. If it does not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under Dutch and European consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost time, and our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

10. Intellectual property

All text, photographs and design on this site belong to Delva Home. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

11. Complaints and disputes

Email info@delvahome.com and we will respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies to these terms. You can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies.
