Your tracking link

As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner we send you an email with a tracking link. Check your inbox, and your spam folder, for a message from Delva Home.

Tracking is not updating

The first scan can take a few days to appear after dispatch, and there can be a quiet period while your parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal. If nothing has changed for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

No tracking email

Email info@delvahome.com with your order number and the email address you used, and we will resend it.

How long delivery takes

We prepare orders in 1 to 3 business days and delivery normally takes 7 to 20 business days after that. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
