Nordic Disc Ceiling Light

The Nordic Disc LED Ceiling Light from Delva Home is a slim aluminium ring around a frosted acrylic diffuser, mounted flush to the ceiling. The black frame is what gives it definition: without it a white disc disappears, and with it the fixture reads as a deliberate circle.

Three diameters, 40, 50 and 60 cm, cover a bedroom, a living room and an open-plan space. Warm and white light versions are available, and the dimmable model adds a remote for stepless brightness control, which is worth having in a room used through the day and the evening.

Aluminium and acrylic keep it light and durable, and the integrated LED means no bulbs to replace. It runs on AC 220 to 240V and works from a standard wall switch, or the remote on dimming models. Have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
