Nordic Glass Ball Ceiling Light

The Nordic Glass Ball Ceiling Light from Delva Home is a tinted glass sphere on an iron semi-flush fitting, available in smoke grey or amber. Tinted glass does something clear glass does not: it colours the light itself, so the room takes on the tone rather than just the fixture.

Two designs are available, both 25 cm wide. Design A stands 29 cm tall for a fuller sphere; design B is 17 cm for a shallower profile that suits a lower ceiling. Semi-flush mounting means it hangs close enough not to be in the way in a hallway.

It takes a single E26 bulb, not included, and works with LED, incandescent or fluorescent. It runs on AC 220 to 240V and also supports 110 to 120V. It suits hallways, bedrooms and living spaces. Have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
