NordicGlow Pendant Light

The NordicGlow Pendant Light from Delva Home is a vertically fluted shade in metal and frosted glass, hung on an adjustable cable. The fluting runs the full height of the shade, so light leaving it is broken into narrow bands rather than reading as a single flat glow.

Five colours are available, white, yellow, coral, blue and charcoal, which is unusual for a pendant and makes it useful as the one point of colour in an otherwise neutral kitchen. Hung in a row of three above an island, a single colour reads as deliberate; mixed, it reads as playful.

The LED is built in and draws 7 to 12W, so there are no bulbs to buy and very little power used for the light it gives. The cable adjusts at installation for any ceiling height, and it runs on 110 to 240V. It is a hardwired ceiling fixture, so have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
