Linear LED Wall Sconce

The Linear LED Wall Sconce from Delva Home is two gently curved bars of light running horizontally across the wall, 58.5 cm long and only 12 cm deep. The curve is subtle enough to read as a line from a distance and as a considered shape up close, which is what separates it from a plain bathroom batten.

Its most common job is above a mirror, where an even horizontal light source lights a face from both sides rather than casting shadows down from above. It works equally well along a hallway, above a headboard, or in a dining room where a low, wide band of light suits the table.

The LED is integrated and draws 16 to 36W depending on the model, so there are no bulbs and no visible fittings. Iron, aluminium and acrylic construction keeps it rigid and suitable for a bathroom. Black and gold finishes are available. Have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
