Nordic Retro Ceiling Light

The Nordic Retro Ceiling Light from Delva Home is a softly rounded metal and acrylic disc that sits close to the ceiling. The curve at the edge is what gives it the retro character; a flat panel would read as purely modern, and this one carries a little mid-century about it without becoming a period piece.

Three sizes cover most rooms: 38 cm at 18W for a hallway or a small bedroom, 48 cm at 24W for a standard bedroom or study, and 58 cm at 36W where one fixture has to light a living room. The acrylic diffuser spreads the integrated LED evenly, so there is no bright centre and no visible bulb.

It is rated IP20 for indoor use, certified to CE and UL, and runs on AC 110 to 120V. The LED is included and integrated, so there is nothing to replace over the life of the fitting. It is hardwired and surface-mounted, so have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
