Surface Mounted LED Downlight

The Surface Mounted LED Downlight from Delva Home is the fixture you use when the ceiling cannot be cut. It sits on the surface rather than recessed into it, which makes it the practical answer in concrete ceilings, rentals and rooms where the cavity is too shallow for a recessed can.

Two sizes are available: 9W at 80 mm across and 15W at 100 mm, both 65 mm deep. Output runs between 90 and 110 lumens per watt, efficient enough that a run of them lights a hallway or a kitchen for very little power. Warm, neutral and cool white are available, so the same fitting suits a bedroom or a workspace.

The housing is aluminium, which spreads heat and keeps the LED lasting, and the acrylic diffuser softens the beam so it does not read as a bare spot. It is rated for 50,000 to 80,000 hours and certified to CE, RoHS, FCC and 3C, in black or white. Have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
