RattanGlow Woven Wall Lamp

The RattanGlow Wall Lamp from Delva Home is woven by hand from bamboo, rattan and hemp rope, which means the shade is not a solid surface but a lattice. Light passes through the gaps as well as around the edges, throwing a pattern of fine shadows across the wall behind it that shifts as you move past.

At 25 cm high, 23 cm wide and 12 cm deep it is a compact fixture that suits a bedside, a hallway or a spot beside a reading chair, and it glows both up and down. The natural rattan colour brings warmth to neutral, coastal, boho and Japandi rooms without introducing another colour to work around.

It takes a standard E27 bulb, not included, and a warm LED gives the best effect through the weave. It runs on AC 220 to 240V. Bamboo and rattan keep it light for its size, so mounting is straightforward. Dust it with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which catches on the weave. Have it installed by a qualified electrician where local rules require it.
